Q: What is the MOQ ? Can I take samiples before formal order?
A: Our MOQ is 1 pcs for each. Welcome take sample order to test our quality,mixed samples are acceptable too.
Q: How long is your delivery time ?
A: Generally it is 10-30 days if the goods are in stock.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Small order you can pay by western union, PayPal or 100% T/T in advance. Big order can pay by 30% T/T as deposit, balance 70% pay by T/T before shipment. L/C also acceptable.
Q: How to deal with the defective goods ?
A:firstly ,our warranty time is 12 months, our products are produced in strict quality control system.
