Choose outdoor power, what need to pay attention to the point?

1. What is the outdoor power supply and what is the difference between it and the power bank?
Outdoor power, actually called outdoor mobile power, is equivalent to a portable charging station. The main feature is the configuration of various types of output ports:
USB, TypeC, can charge ordinary digital devices.
Car charging interface, can charge the car battery, or other on-board equipment power.
Support 220V AC output, equivalent to the use of mains power at home.
What’s the difference between it and a power bank?
1. Output power
At present, the mobile phone charging bank on the market, the output power is almost 22.5W. Power bank for the laptop, 45-50W.
The outdoor power supply starts at 200W, most brands are above 500W, and the maximum can be above 2000W.

2. Capacity
Before I compare capacity, I have to tell you about units.
The unit of the power bank is mAh (mah), which is generally referred to as mah for short.
The unit of outdoor power supply is Wh (watt-hour).
Why the difference?
1. Because the output voltage of the charging bank is relatively small, the output voltage of the mobile phone charging bank is 3.6V, which is the same as the working voltage of the mobile phone.

1000Wh = 1kWh = 1 KWH.
The conversion formula of these two units: W (work, unit Wh) = U (voltage, unit V) * Q (charge, unit Ah)
Therefore, a 20000mAh mobile phone charging bank, its capacity is 3.6V * 20Ah = 72Wh.
General outdoor power supply capacity is at least 300Wh. That’s the capacity gap.
For example: (regardless of loss)
The working voltage of mobile phone battery is 3.6V, the charge is 4000mAh, then the capacity of mobile phone battery =3.6V * 4Ah = 14.4Wh.
If a 20000mAh charging bank, to charge this mobile phone, can charge 72/14.4 ≈ 5 times.
Outdoor power supply of 300Wh can be charged 300/14.4 ≈ 20 times.

1. What’s the use of wattage?
Every electrical equipment, there is a use of power. If the battery power isn’t up to it, you can’t carry it.
2. The difference between mAh and Wh.
Although it’s been covered a little bit above, this is the most misleading point, so let me make it clear.
In a word: you can’t tell what the real capacity is when you just look at the mAh, because the power of the appliance is different.
mAh (milliampere) is a unit of electricity that represents the amount of charge Q that a battery can hold or release.
The common one is: we talk about the capacity of a cell phone battery or power bank, how many milliamps.
Wh is a unit of power consumption, which represents the work a battery can do.
Wh is pronounced watt-hour, and 1 kilowatt hour (kWh) = 1 kilowatt hour of electricity.
Conversion between Wh and mAh: Wh*1000/ voltage = mAh.
So most of the outdoor power business mark mAh, are converted by the voltage of the mobile phone 3.6V, show large capacity.
For example, 600Wh can be converted to 600 * 1000/3.6 = 166666mAh.
To summarize a little:
